Subscriptions Policy

First Filter Free Offer Terms:

First Filter Free offer is reserved for new subscriptions only, limited to one offer per household and may not be combined with any other offer. Offer valid on 1", 2", 3", and 4" standard and custom size residential air filters - excludes Filtrete Filters. Single pack subscriptions will incur a one-time nominal processing fee of $0.01 to establish a payment method for future subscription orders.

Deep pleat filters (3", 4", 5", and 6" sizes) require a minimum subscription quantity of 2 to be eligible for First Filter Free offer.

Single pack Water Filters Delivered branded filters are also eligible for the First Filter Free offer. Offer excludes Two and three pack water filters.

Air Filters Delivered reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your subscription offer eligibility and will notify offenders of any perceived fraudulent activity which may result in, but is not limited to, order and/or membership cancellation. You may cancel or pause your membership at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel your membership please contact our customer care department at +1 (877) 492-3018

Terms of Sales:

AirFiltersDelivered.com sells air filters and filtration products from the site to end-user customers. You may not purchase products or subscriptions for further distribution or resale. The subscription and all rights and privileges conferred are personal and non-transferable.

Frequency of Subscriptions:

Subscriptions terms are dependent on the product plan. Based on the frequency you select during checkout, we will charge your payment method prior to shipping your order. Subscription frequencies for HEPA filters are available in 1 year or 2-year increments.

Pricing:

AirFiltersDelivered.com reserves the right to change or modify prices for products and subscriptions at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases.

Returns:

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 days for the original shipment date. We will accept returns or exchanges for any reason provided that the product

  • Has not been used
  • Is not a custom size
  • HEPA filters are not eligible for returns
To initiate a return or exchange you must contact us at +1 (877) 492-3018. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

Automatic Subscription Billing and Subscription Cancellation Policy:

You agree to pay all fees charged to your account based on AirFiltersDelivered.com fees, charges, and billing terms. You are also responsible for paying any sales taxes that may apply to your purchase of products or subscriptions based on the address that you provide as the shipping address when you register for a subscription, and you authorize AirFiltersDelivered.com or the third party payment processing service provider that we engage to charge your payment method for any such taxes and fees. All payments shall be made by prior to shipping the products ordered. If you do not pay on time or if your credit card cannot be charged for any reason, AirFiltersDelivered.com reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your subscription and terminate these Terms of Service. All sales and payments will be in US Dollars.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that AirFiltersDelivered.com will automatically renew your subscription on the interval selected at purchase, as authorized by you during the subscription sign-up process, and will charge your payment method with the applicable subscription fee and any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your subscription fee payments. AirFiltersDelivered.com may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before AirFiltersDelivered.com reasonably could act. Each Subscription renewal period is for the interval shown in your account settings. To cancel a Subscription, please login to “My Account”. You can also contact us by email at Residential Accounts: support@airfiltersdelivered.com, or Commercial Accounts: sales@airfiltersdelivered.com, or call +1 (877) 492-3018 and provide your account information.

All cancellations done through “My Account” must be submitted 24 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment. If you choose to cancel by email or phone, the cancellation requests must be received 3 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment. Cancellation requests received on the day your order is processed and/or shipped shall take effect the following scheduled shipment. AirFiltersDelivered.com requires a reasonable amount of time to process your subscription cancellation request. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for any unused days of the then-current subscription term.

Representations and Warranties:

You represent and warrant to AirFiltersDelivered.com that: (a) you are over the age of eighteen and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) all information provided by you to AirFiltersDelivered.com is truthful, accurate and complete; and (c) you shall comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement.
